An Innovators Academy was held during the event organised by ANIMA Investment Network in the framework of THE NEXT SOCIETY initiative. During this activity organised by EBAN - the European Business Angels Network and EBN - International Network for BICs, start-ups had the opportunity to work on their pitch and business plan with angel investors and VCs, improve their IP strategy, and connect with the other MENA entrepreneurs that were selected.

The association StartUp Maroc organized Saturday in Rabat the launch ceremony of the StartUp Maroc Booster 2018 acceleration program to present its services, announce the startups selected to join the program and the first startups benefiting from the Innov Invest fund. StartUp Maroc Booster is a program funded by the European Union and accredited by the Caisse Centrale de Garantie in partnership with The Next Society, DiafrikInvest, Les Gazelles and Anima Investment Network.
