Within the context of THE NEXT SOCIETY, TIEC runs a 3-month acceleration programme for researchers, postgraduates, engineers and technicians willing to develop a start-up based on a research project: the Tech Booster.
After attending a 3-day Bootcamp in September 2019 and a tailored coaching, the selected teams will showcase their innovations during a public Pitching Day in Cairo on November 14th, 2019.
The Innovation2Industry Pitching Day will start with a pitching in front of an audience of partners, industry players, experts and investors with jury feedback, followed by B2B meetings. 3 projects will be selected to participate in an international open innovation Lab event organised by ANIMA Investment Network and thecamp during the Emerging Valley summit on 5 December 2019 in thecamp, Aix-en-Provence, France.
