Super Powder allows to valorise agrifood industrial by-products such as grape pomace, pomegranate peels and orange peels by the extraction process of highly bioactive molecules: polyphenols through many innovative technologies such as ultrasounds, electric fields, infrared, etc.
The end product are lyophilised polyphenol extracts which can be used in the food, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries.
Super Powder has joined THE NEXT SOCIETY community in 2018 when Hiba, Anna Maria, Richard and Nicolas came in second place of the Technology Transfer Bootcamp: From Research to Innovation, organized by Berytech and ANIMA in October 2018 in Lebanon.
